Viajei no final de janeiro e agora, de volta, eis meus resultados do mês:
Peso: 57 Kg (perdi 1,6 Kg!!!)
Busto: 88 cm
Cintura: 71,5 cm (menos 5 cm!!)
Barriga: 80 cm (menos 4,5 cm!!)
Quadril: 99cm (menos 2 cm!!)
Coxa: 54 cm (menos 1,5 cm!!)
Panturrilha: 35 cm (menos 1,5 cm!!)
Braço: 27 cm
Só mantive busto e braço, porque o resto, além de emagrecer, perdi medidas!!!!!
Fiquei muito feliz com meu resultado de janeiro, então mantive minha meta de perder 1 Kg e quero perder mais um em fevereiro.
No mês de janeiro fechei bem a boca e como disse, não fiz exercícios. Em fevereiro, estou fechando um pouco menos a boca, porque é muito difícil pra mim, mas comecei a fazer exercícios: estou caminhando na esteira 3 x por semana e fazendo ballet mais 2 x por semana...e chego em casa suuuuper cansada!!!!
